Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement. Deposits are required to begin work. Final payments are due upon project completion before final deliverables are released.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become your property. ZYVONE retains rights to its proprietary processes, tools, and frameworks used in the project.
Limitation of Liability
ZYVONE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
